The first phase of pricing for new homes that will transform Yerba Buena Island—in the middle of San Francisco Bay—was released Wednesday.

The Bristol, a five-story building, is set for move-in in 2021 with 124 condominiums ranging in price from $800,000 for a studio to $3 million for a four-bedroom residence. There are one-bedroom condos going for $1 million and two-bedroom condos going for $1.7 million. Residents have views of the Bay Bridge and nearby hillsides.
