Jersey Shore condo to Beach Townhouse Update

Good day strangers!  Here I am to apparent out the cobwebs of this dusty corner of the interwebs to convey you an update.  Last tumble we moved out of our seaside condo and moved down the road into a beach front townhouse. (Im continue to quite a great deal residing in Brooklyn and I will never depart NYC so no anxieties there!) It is really not very a good “Seashore Dwelling” but acquiring ever so a lot nearer to living my Nancy Meyers / Diane Keaton Anything Has Got to Give dreams – at least on the weekends and in New Jersey.  Ok maybe it is a lot more Snooki than Diane Keaton but let me have my fantansies!

Though we generally prepared on creating some (ok, a whole lot of) modifications, we imagined we could wait a year or two to deal with those.  It failed to acquire lengthy to understand those ideas ended up going out the window and certain items experienced to alter promptly.  One thing guide to a further, yada, yada, yada…and we ended up in total renovation method.

Many thanks to covid and provide chain and plenty of other little bitty items that add up, we have been doing work on the world’s slowest renovation at any time.  Thankfully we are at any time so slowly having toward the end line of our primary assignments and I am psyched to share these with you.  

Now you are all caught up.  For those of you who observe me on instagram or tiktok you by now know all this so many thanks for examining.  For people of you are nevertheless blog only visitors, I hope you even now keep in mind me.

We have completed 2 rest room renovations and are pretty much carried out with the kitchen area.  But these demand a large amount much more backstory.  So let’s shut out present day put up with a hyperlapse movie of the Mr. & I in our pajamas creating our patio into a little out of doors living area (whilst our indoor living place is torn to shreds!).

Not likely to lie. Im truly happy with how this turned out even with it being just a random collection of parts I discovered at significant box suppliers. It seriously requires this very little patio from dead outside place to out of doors living house.
